This is probably my new favorite thread. This, DFO's adventures, and sadwar and Tennman, plus a few others threads I'm sure I'm forgetting, are what I like to read.

I'm thinking about applying to go into the choice program, maybe with a one year lease, around the end of summer and the more I know going in, the better off I'll be.

I honestly can't thank you guys, all of you, enough for your contributions on here sharing your experiences.
