I usually tell the waitress/waiter that I only need mine cooked just enough to keep it from jumping when I stick my fork in it.

In my next life, when I have a steak restaurant, I am going to have a sound effect in the kitchen that moooooo's at random, just to assure the customers that the steak is as fresh as it can be.
