Good luck. The better question is why did you wait two weeks as opposed to reporting it when it happened. The pollice will see it as a hit and run and failure to report it in quickest means possible. Holding you equally at fault for your tardiness.

Most places don't freely give such information. Same goes for their security camera footage. You'll most likely have to hire a lawyer to get it.
