How can you drive through the empty side of the weigh station legally if you are placarded?
Worse than that, the driver crossed over a solid white line to cut in front of several trucks waiting to get through the loaded side.

Tanker? If it hasn't been washed out, it has residue of the last load contained. But it's still considered empty. No scaleman give a ####. I do it all the time.
