    It’s 13:35 and there’s no fricking reason for this.

    Yet, about 5 minutes later I passed a plow sitting in the median with the driver mashing his nutz likes got nothing to do.

    It needs to warm up before they can scrape it off. They can’t just slip down the deicer because it will refreeze at night. Temps in the low 20’s that looks like hood running in my opinion.
