Police: Car driver crashed into semi, fled, drove 4 miles without tire

4 miles away?? Throw the book at that guy. If he managed to get 4 miles away. But didnt dump the car in a parking lot or behind store. Get out and away, from car, maybe call a uber. Then he deserves whatever he gets.

 

in a few short weeks, he will be here saying that he always wanted to be a truck driver, and had a "little" incident, can he still get a job..??
