So...if I were living below my means, it's ok if I spend time out on the road broke down day after day not getting paid because of their greedy stubbornness? I guarantee that if the computer in the office died, the office people still had to be there, and got paid their normal wage. If the power went out and the shipping couldn't load, they still had to be there in case the power came back on and were paid their normal pay. If a machine went down in the plant, the people in that department had to be there, and got paid their normal pay. Yes, truckng isn't like an hourly job I know, but any company out there that is worth a crap compensates their employees when their equipment fails. And those that don't are nothing but greedy money grubbing a-holes and aren't worth the time. I guarantee that if the Ross family Mercedes broke down as often as the average Poly truck 2 things would happen...1 they wouldn't buy another one when it came time to get a new car, and 2...Mercedes would be in court before the tow truck's engine cooled down. I still stand by my statement that working for Poly was my 2nd biggest mistake...a close 2nd to leasing a truck from Prime. The family that owns that company are nothing but greedy, money grubbing elitists who wouldn't whizz on their minions if they were on fire.

I wandered over to the Glass-door employment sight just out of curiosity , and the reviewers give Poly a very favorable rating . Even had compliments about the shop . It's subjective I guess , like everything else in the Universe
