I recently had the owner of a trucking company tell me that if I couldn't find a Heated 110" 53' Dry Van that I could just go buy a "Sunflower" heater and strap it in the back. I haven't been able to find any legislature to back this up. Suggestions???

As I understand, there are specific requirements for cargo heaters. We use them in the winter - enclosed heater units, with a propane tank built in.
