Investigators say Withrow was traveling 77 miles per hour in the 55 mph construction zone and failed to slow down before striking a rented 2020 Chevrolet Impala that was slowed in the right lane.

Court records reveal officers reported Withrow was “unsteady on his feet, was speaking slowly and was slurring his speech” following the crash.

A urine test taken approximately three hours following the incident tested positive for the presence of cannabis, amphetamines and MDMA (ecstasy).

ISP officials took note of injection marks with bruising that indicated multiple recent injections in the elbow crease of Withrow’s left arm following the incident, court records state.

Bruce’s four children, all passengers in the Impala, perished in the accident.

    Pretty much.

Life in prison at the least.

This, at a time they’re fixing to shove $2million insurance requirements down our throats.

    Thanks, DH, thanks a bunch.

Can you imagine being that father?

i don't get how he was able to be let out on bail.

they did a search of his background, and they didn't see he was already ON PROBATION..???

that alone, should have kept his arse locked up.

    some laws some states have.

Just a suggestion. Let the relatives of the victims know where this POS is. Somebody will make sure that society doesn't have to deal with him any more.
