They shouldn’t have hired him period.
You can add these two “nominees” as well,they’re actually going to prison,albeit not long enough!!!
Drivers Going To Prison

 

Thanks for posting this.

My buddy donated a fire extinguisher to that wreck.

He knew the kids were gonners, but was glad to hear somebody did make it out.

 

Speaking as an employer, what the driver did was bad enough but I also blame management for part of this. Part of our responsibility as employers is making sure that our employees aren't out there driving on drugs.
Somebody somewhere had to know about this guy. If they knew, and said nothing, they assumed a culpability that can't be ignored.

 

I am confident this animal will get what he has coming to him, in this life or the next.

 

No doubt in my mind that whoever hired him is going to have a lot to answer for! And I’m pretty sure that company will be investigated by the feds with a fine tooth comb! They’ll be checking all the records on the driver, as well as other drivers with that company, including drug screens!

 

Jeez- kudos to your buddy - that’s a tough scene.

 

The Company’s Owner should be charged also, and serve time.

 

It may come down to that.
