I had premium 2000 on my Cascadia and never was turned down for any work they performed. They ONLY cover the components listed on the warranty contract, and all labor related to THAT component. They do NOT cover fluids replacement for anything. I had a $100 deductible on mine. I had the DEF tank replaced (only had to pay for the deductible and $30 of DEF), had a differential go out and only paid deductible and about 350 for the oil.

There's no warranty that will cover emissions system, engine/tranny. It might cover a $500 sensor but to fully cover EVERYTHING it just doesn't exist. Even Cummins wont warranty emissions system in their warranty program. I've asked them and they said they won't warranty emissions system. They know they're prone to failure and can cause thousands of $$$ to repair.

You can purchase both sensor's off of Ebay and change yourself as well as removing dpf filter and taking it to be cleaned. You have to have them reset the dpf filter light . I change my sensors and got a diagrams and notes regarding the maintenance of after treatment system . You could always spend half of that 6k bill and permanently take care of the problem if you knows wat I mean .
