There has to be more to this, I wonder what the other side of the story is. Paragraphs are your friend.
First off, you should have been terminated, as should your trainer, driving on the others clock, you signed an agreement specifically stating you would be terminated on the spot for failing to report it, as well as allowing it. You should have reported it, but didn't, so that's on you.
As for the critical's, Prime only allows a regular driver 2, then in for a Safety Review, attend Safety Class, get a dash camera, and get another within 90 days and your terminated. I drove there for over 2 years and never received any criticals, most don't, they are difficult to get, so you either tailgated, went over 76 mph, or took corners so fast the anti-roll system on the truck took over.
I have seen successful L/O, and unsuccessful. I have mentored 2 L/O over there, both are successful, completed their leases, made enough to save enough, and have bought their own trucks elsewhere.
Prime is far from perfect, as is any starting company, but most of your issues are issues you should have dealt with.

You can say what you want, I already got another job makeing more an hour then prime as a solo company driver, and the lease thing is a joke, you can say what you want about lease but I've met enough lease drivers to determine what I think about the scam that is prime.

And the critical wasn't even me it was my trainer who blamed it on me. So no I did not do any of them.

You are working 40 hours a week, at $19 an hour, that $760 a week before taxes, that's $60 more a week that a trainee makes, and I have yet to meet a Company solo that takes home less than $900 a week, so your not making more. I said Prime was not perfect, but your math isn't adding up, just sayin'.

No yours number dont add up 70 x 10 is 700 bucks trainee pay, solo drivers company makes about 1250 a week at prime before taxs so 1250 divide by 70 but your going to be working more that's just driving, so your makeing 13 an hour when all is said and done, so I'm still comeing out ahead I just don't have to work 80 hours a week.

I'm told non-compete contracts don't hold up in court. Is this true?
