Here is an old thread about it, maybe would be helpful.
I personally don't consider Prime as a driver oriented company. But there are exceptions.jgtrucking Thanks this. -
I've never hauled containers. But from what I hear, wait times can be exasperating at some ports but not as bad at other ports.jgtrucking Thanks this.

Didn't receive thread. Can you kindly re-send? Thank you.

Quite contrare.......I actually get good sleep when the reefer is running. I love it when I get a load that requires me to run it continuous. Everyone is different so I will concede that.MadScientist and goga Thank this.

Click on the blue link, or search for "Prime vs. Knight for a new student?". People say Prime is better than Knight, but it was a while ago. I'd Google it before and read a lot of available info before making a move. You've got to start somewhere, and they are close to be the same.jgtrucking Thanks this.

I’d rather run for knight. They seem to play it pretty straight. When you’re new you gotta go with safe miles.
jgtrucking Thanks this. -
Thank you. I'm leaning towards Knight. Appreciate your input.

Much appreciated. I'm leaning towards Knight. I have open offers from both at the moment. Gotta decide very soon.goga Thanks this.

I have a friend who drove for Knight at the end of his 40 year career for extra income for his hobbies. He had no complaints except for when he crossed the border into Canada which was not an issue with Knight but with a couple of the crossings and their lack of professionalism
jgtrucking Thanks this.
