Just wondering, I live in Tenn., what region would I work in the most and what hometime could I expect from USA. I am currently thinking going to TMC but I did get a pre-hire from USA. Still isn't to late to change. Supposed to call TMC Monday for orientation seat.

i do not know what regionyou would be in.their hometime policy is 1 day for every week out.you have to stay out two weeks minimum
-
usa doesnt have regions yet.
-
i think when i resigned back in april that they were starting something new like you would only run a area around whatever state you were from.like i lived in texas so i was starting to run a lot of oklahoma, missouri, arkansas and such

You'll do great so long as you don't mind being in the dark about what's going to happen next. At USA-Truck and C1, information is given on a "need2know" basis, sadly you don't need to know.

If you go into van buren now you won't see the tables in groups anymore, they are now set in regions and the FM's and load coordinaters for that region are all placed together.
-
Yeah i saw that the last time is was there i just didn't really think about it. You can escape your region for a little while though but i doubt i'll ever go to the west coast again
-
You're absolutely right, you definitely can escape your region and since they have drivers now that are strictly west coast that reduces our chances of getting there. Best shot is if you're in laredo on a w/e ask them for a load going to cali. The only time they dispatch out of laredo anymore is after 17:00 and on weekends, that sux! -
