All I'm asking why is a driver choose a slow moving truck driver position? Is it beneficial? My truck has no limits my cruising speed 68-70 if need it pooshing 80. But those slow mooving barriers making to much problems on the road. Q1 why stay with dummy company.. take them them off the road.. or let as know what is your reason too choose to be stone wall on the road?

Drivers will take the job that they choose that fulfills their needs. I usually haul oversize so in many states I'm limited on my speed. I ain't about to catch a speeding ticket with an od load. My job is very rewarding as my bills are paid, I get very good home time, and I'm able to put money back in my savings weekly.

Alright. Seeing I have nothing better to do.

I left a ‘slow mooving barrier’ company 3 years ago.

$90-$100k/year - full benefits, uniforms, paid vacation, matched 401k - potential to work more and gross $110k+.

Old Dominon - check the ‘dummy’ company out some time.

They dropped from 70 mph trucks to 64. Oh well.

I bought my own truck and still drive about 65 now. Or 70, or whatever.

I thought you were a troll - but I can now tell you’re the real deal. I figure your career will be a fairly short one.

By the way - it’s tax time. Speed safely driver.

It’s a company job - and I never said “You can bring your truck in”.

I was vainly attempting to enlighten you as to why/what other people are doing out on the road that seem to be frustrating you so badly.

    Dan.S Thanks this.
