I was going to work for them. Ended up going to a different company. The recruiter is name keely from the denver colorado office.

They pay $25 for every stop including first pickup and first drop. .55 cents is the mileage rate according to office, 100% paid benefits. Looks like a good package compared to other places out there.

They really need drivers so they are going to pay for it according to keely the recruiter.

Any actual drivers here who have worked for them recently, or know someone who has worked for them recently, and who have more than one or two posts?

It seems to have been awhile for an update on "Quality Logistics LLC". Can anyone who's worked there recently give me an update on this company Plz. Miles? Equipment & upkeep, how they run drivers, Safely without pushing them too much? Anyone update plz, about to onboard next week. Needing a new Western states company gig. (10+ yr driver with clean record, all endorsements and physically in good shape). I'm thinking the promises are kept here (um, I hope), thus asking some help from other pro drivers that have experience here???

It’s a 60yr old company with 135 trucks and constantly hiring to keep those 135 trucks filled. The company culture is not driver focused, they don’t care if you drive for them or not and won’t go out of their way to keep you. They care about their customers, so if the load is 200 miles and delivers the next day so be it, 800 miles and delivers in 3 days, so be it, they don’t care about the drivers only the customers. They currently have a dog policy, 1000 deposit, 500 non refundable, so basically you have to pay them 500 to bring your dog (under 50 lbs),
Dispatchers were running offf so many drivers they now have a dispatch manager, and he’s useless, you complain, you basically get black listed and starved for miles. Home time requires a 2 week advance notice and must be approved by management. Trucks are ok, Volvo 860’s with the table and seats, Trailers are 6-7 years old. The office closes at 6pm and after 10pm only make contact for emergencies. Dispatchers really don’t like being bothered with drivers, in the office they are behind a locked door, the owner is on the second floor and behind a second locked door drivers have no access to. The company culture is if the driver gets screwed to take care of the customer, so be it, if the driver quits because of low miles or pay, so be it. They run a lot of Western 11 lanes. No cameras. But just overall a crap company for drivers. So as of January 2024 this is Quality Logistics Inc (They changed the name from LLC to Inc last year)

I've been truckin for over,23 years, and throughout my career I watched alot of My industry fall drastically, now pretty much the average trucker really doesn't put up with All we deal with on a everyday because we understand that yes we expect to be paid fairly which of course is a fair away dream but.most of all we do this job for our fellow. Man and there's no amount of money that comes close to the pride, unfortunately the brotherhood has diminished,, and hey let's be honest the American trucker who loves what he does has to sit back and watch foreigners come to this country and not only receive unbelievable loans, financial assistance and within months of arrival start a business and able to underbid ridiculous on a load because they have no responsibility on loan repayment and equipment is brand new so there's no maintenance, all profit pretty much, but the American trucker who has been running all his life, cannot afford to take a day off, but that's my opinion, were all intittled to our voice, now I recently was employed with quality logistics, and here's my take on it, first, the ladies in the office are some of the most nice, respectful and courteous people I've ever encountered and they are the only good thing I can say about this company, now on the add posted they say safety and quarterly bonuses, forget about it regardless if your file is impeccable, you still won't receive any of them because there's a guy there that walks around in his Hawaiian shirts and shorts and doesn't have a clue about truckin,he wants to send you texts threating your job while you are driving nonetheless and at the end of the text has the nerve to tell you, don't call me or respond to this text just do what I tell you to do, now let's talk about the most important thing in commercial truck driving... Safety You Idiot, don't you realize just that unnecessary text, added more to a stressful situation and the driver is frustrated and now all he's thinking about is how much of a coward you are... next equipment appearance is a big factor in the industry,, going to continuously different locations,,you a responsibility to yourself to always have a clean truck and always try to keep yourself looking professional, but because they don't know to appreciate the way a driver maintains their equipment,,they won't even flip the bill for a truck wash which is a tax write off but if you happen t
Leave the company you will be charged 250 plus for truck cleaning if you left a couple bubble gum wrappers on the floorboard, complete contradiction...pay period is by-weekly and,..50 cpm for so called regional, Bui you will not receive the miles to maintain a steady amount of miles to receive a decent paycheck, again i have to really speak on ms joni in payroll, definitely a wonderful person as well as the rest of the ladies in the office,.... their turnover rate is high and will always stay that way because the so-called men in the office are henpets and because they don't wear the pants in their home, literally... because the idiot doesn't understand that when working in the office and you have a management position, you wear a suit, its a reflection on your company as well as yourself I mean how could you take anyone serious if they can't at least wear slacks and a shirt that shows you didn't buy your clothes at the flea market, tell you what drivers, this company isn't worth your profession and to the idiot I was referring to, it's okay we know you're scared, tell you what, you can pretend that you are in charge, but we all know it's just pretending.....so you're safe little man, Baywatch reruns won't build up your confidence
