It was 20 over not 30 but i suppose the difference at that point is minuscule, and yes i know that a red flag, hints the reason why i am asking if i required to disclose the actual speeds, or just what is on my driving record
Question about a speeding ticket, what do I have to disclose on an application?

My mistake. If there is no record of your actual speed, then don't divulge it. Either say you don't remember, or it was 10 over. You made a mistake, just learn from it and slow down. Good luckColoradoLinehaul, NavigatorWife and Massivenightmare Thank this.

15 over is a death sentence.ColoradoLinehaul and NavigatorWife Thank this.

TRY NOT TO GET ANY 15MPH OVER AT ALL!!! INSURANCE COMPANIES USE ANYTHING FOR EXCUSE TO RAISE RATES!!!
ALSO, FYI THERE ARE MANY GOID LAWYERS WELL WORTH THE $300 + TO PLEA DOWN THE TICKET/ MAKE DEALS!!!!
BETTER NOT TO GET THE MOVING VUOLATIONS, SOME STATES LIKE NJ, NY, OH, CA,ETC REALLY LOOK TO MAKE A LIVING OFF OF US, I KNOW I HAVE DONE THIS 3 TIMES OVER THE WHOLE USA!!!!
I MEAN THEY MAKE A LIVING OFF OF US IN CERTAIN STATES!!!!
TRY TO PLEAD DOWN TO A NON MOVING VIOLATION AND ALSO THOSE CERTAIN STATES WILL TRY TO GET YOU FOR A LEFT LANE CHARGE, WHICH IS A MOVING VIOLATION AS WELL!!!
15 MPH OVER TICKET IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME, HAD TO WAIT OUT 3 YRS FOR THAT TO GO...NavigatorWife and Massivenightmare Thank this. -

Pull a copy of your DMV report and see what it says, Don't admit to anything not on there thats the report the employers is going to see. If its not there it didn't happen.
ColoradoLinehaul, NavigatorWife and Massivenightmare Thank this. -

Nope. You should disclose what the ticket you were written was for. This way you are always telling the truth. If it does not say 90 in a 70 on the ticket, you put exactly what the ticket says (your Driving Record will reflect this as well).
If you are asked in an interview, then yes you need to answer honestly. Most interviewers will ask just to see if you are honest and most others won't even ask. Those who ask just want to make it a point to tell you that speeding that fast will not be tolerated here.
Always pull DMV report, PSP report and your DAC report before applying for a job because this is pretty much everything the interviewer is going to see prior to an interview. -
No you disclose exactly whats on your H6, if it say's greater than 10 above thats what you disclose, your not legally required to keep copies of tickets. I have applied a lot's of places over the years and never been ask exactly how fast were you going?, Just ask for a copy of the H6.
