Late last year I was denied workers compensation due to having THC in my urine sample. I was not fired due to this. Will my background check show a denied workers comp claim? If so will it say why? I live in MN.
Is this a problem for my hireability?
This was not a CDL job.

A good chance that the insurance report will in fact show the denied claim. Insurance claims database covers a wide range. It may not specifically state the reason in plain language. however it may have coding that to knowledgeable tells what it was.
It may be in your best interests to consider another career path.MartinFromBC Thanks this. -
You won't pass a whiz quiz in trucking or for CDL school. Don't worry about the background. If you manage to get a job, you won't pass a random...so...your choice on whether you want to spend the time and money on something you won't be able to use.
