I'd be happy with a place that simply does a good job. Nothing worse than waiting in a long line only to leave feeling like you didn't get what you paid for. Blue Beacon has the market in the areas I run but I would love to see someone come in a give 'em a run for their money. They're lazy because they don't have much competition. I don't need free gifts. I need a clean truck with no missed spots and to not get raped on the pricing. Charging extra to wash the engine, inside of frame rails and/or front axle is highway robbery.

Alsip will be a good location for washouts ! As mentioned time waiting is a big concern, I typically wash my truck that i own when it gets dirty ...sometimes is a couple weeks sometimes 2 hours .
I would think the locals will keep Alsip busy but as for me I pass thru Chicagoland twice a week and my only goal is to leave asap. -
small local fleet w/ straight trucks too, we have streakwash, er Fleetwash come in on Saturdays
