How easy or trucking jobs to come by in New York? I moved back up and I am about to get my CDL soon. So I was just wondering what the search was like in New York City. Are the in need of NYC drivers?? Appreciate the answers ahead of time!

All them people have to eat and buy stuff somehow. I would work a local job that paid according to the cost of living there. Maybe a LTL job.
I doubt one could live there on OTR pay. -
I work for Conway freight in the city. You could try applying for one of the driver apprentice programs at one of the terminals.
Or try Baldor. Its like a food delivery company. Alot of guys at my job work there on weekends so it has to be decent.
Id highly suggest you not get your CDL in the city. Go to Jersey or hell get it in Florida. -
