Not ruffle but you came with your negative attitude. I ignored it because numbers don't lie.

Like I said, I don't recruit here and actually few mercer and F2f guys asked me about coming to my company which I declined.

Just because you couldn't have a successful company and found better luck for mercer doesn't mean anyone has to. That was my whole point, not bashing on mercer guys. I wish you the best and don't have anything against you but please realize I don't mind showing numbers when they kick in. Mercer is a decent company and so is landstar and f2f. But don't claim less percentage companies are bad because of your failure. Those who never tried it will never know unless they have those options, same as guys who go to mercer and don't know a single thing about business but claim mercer is a rip off.

Anyways wish you the best driver and understand there are other deals and ways for guys to succeed, and I think they should know all the options before they stick the one that they're comfortable with.
