Depends, was it an actual DOT random? Ask for a copy of the random that he claims he needed you to take would be my guess.

    Rebute it.
    File lawsuits.
You quit and then after you quit, he’s trying to make you do something that pertains to work, though you don’t work for him.
Sue back to stone ages, go after everything and including defamation of character and maybe loss of new job.

It was clearly a low punch by the previous employer, perhaps they got a new job, peed clean, and celebrated after. If it was me, I'd punch that xrick right in the jaw. They wouldn't forget me, fo' sho'.
This? I'd tell the new job you quit before being notified, and they don't have anything on you. Good luck.

Whizz on his desk and tell him to test it all.

Randoms do happen. If you're still in their truck when you notify them, you're still their employee. Did they happen to suddenly route you to the terminal and that was when you decided it was a good time to clean out the truck and move on?

If it was truly relatitory, you're going to have to find an attorney. Clearinghouse really won't care about your email and a phone call without legal help

Should have just taken the test. Now it looks like you quit after being notified of the Test. New job? New test?
