What are you thoughts? Wouldn't you think a trucker hauling Radioactive Hazmat would be moreso required to check their equipment at the brake check area before descending the steep grade?

Well, Radioactive is table 1 so any quantity requires placards, but that's only if it's sub-class 3. This is to differentiate between such cargo as geiger counters or nuclear warheads. Radioactives are also subject to a maximum transport index, so I have to wonder exactly how much of a load of a load he has, given that at the moment I'm not on a wifi connection and can't watch it.
Basically, if he only has 500 lbs worth of cargo on the truck I could hardly expect him to worry about stopping at some brake check area. -
