    This was a rough week, I’m glad it ended early. Awful weather every day, constantly getting jerked around by local dispatch, central dispatch, hub supervisors, and even other drivers.

    My dispatcher asked if I wanted to run tonight...I laughed at him and hung up.

    I would’ve ran today if I was offered something good, but I refuse to take a straight truck to the DC or northern VA suburbs and do residentials on an off day. I’ll stay home first.

    A extra run better take me at least 120 miles from the yard. Anything less is an insult to my dignity. :cool:

    Anyone else running today? I don't have the seniority to weasel myself into a four day weekend so I am stuck peddling freight.

    To make things worse, i can't get anything off cause everyone is closed. I am about to hit the point where there is too much freight coming back to work around. Guess my company is the only one to stay open today.
