    Got hit with a random alcohol//drug test. Blew positive for alcohol (0.04). I am disputing the results.

    When they retested me with the same machine it started going off and giving error messages. Three technicians then proceeded to take the whole machine apart. To me that's tampering with a unit during testing. I requested either a second test with another machine or a blood test. They refused my request and instead submitted my results with the machine they just literally took apart.

    May I be the first to say I'd love nothing more than to see this company fall! Nothing against my former co-workers still serving their life sentences there, but other competent companies would be able to collect the freight contracts Yellow leaves behind. Maybe then my current co-workers can work a full workweek instead of 2-3 days
