Finally got this thing running again. Now it's time to pretty much disassemble it to add all the new stuff. Basically overhauling the whole thing. Tranny is being sent to my uncles where it's being rebuilt as I'm not too good with them. New rebuilt 455 from a judge going in, new rear, new front end, new seats shocks.,, think it's easier to say what I'm not doing lol

The senior guys are. Actually I'm getting them more often now. What I do a lot is I'll shuttle a trailer to Fontana then tell them my truck is junk and not working right. They will give me a loaner to take up north and then I have to return it on the way back. Gets me an extra stop and more miles too! We have new and old volvos. We still have a freightliner with over a million miles on it and that one is my favorite, believe it or not! It out pulls all the Volvos I've driven but the new Volvos sure are smooth and quiet.

Most volvos with the Volvo engines aren't that powerful. Back at UPSF I had a newer Volvo with the Cummins isx. That thing was an animal. The macks we have are good, never used an auto for weekend line as I always needed a twin screw and there's only one in the yard when I get there and of course its the huge junker

Meh... they got us running around with '05 Internationals. My truck has over 1.2 million miles on it. She still pulls really well though.

My bad, the one I use with over a million is an International too but I like it.

I have a 06 international 515k, but my other trucks had 1.2 mil on them or more. Yeah then FL and KW we have are the best trucks here IMO. Their all downgraded to swap trucks for linehaul or city. Can't bid them. I could of bid a 100k Volvo or a slightly used Volvo but pass cause they don't pull the hills and add 1/2 hour to my run. Heard we're going New FL, anyone hear anything about this?
