    Excellent advice, Shaggy! CYA is the name of it, and it is extremely necessary. Ask anybody who has ever been involved in any court action!

    FWIW this is a message that needs to be preached! Even experienced drivers will sometimes get so sick of the "I don't care" attitude that they just give up doing something the right way. Particularly when it comes to maintenance issues.

    Time and a half after 8... So right around $27. OT varies by season. Spring and Fall usually 9-10 hours/day. Summer between 11 and 14. Right now things are dead and I run 7 to 8.5 with days where I don't get called in. Right now I am the lowest man on the totem pole.
