Oh god... The 3.2% beer. Some places in Denver sell the same stuff. And the alcohol prices are ridonkulous! No thanks, got myself a cube of 5.5% PBR that I smuggled in from Montana. Only set me back $9.99 ...no sales taxes.

Yeah Colorado sells 3.2 in grocery stores. I paid like $3 for a beer at the restaurant at the Ramada in SLC that we use and it was like drinking nasty water haha never again.

The beer company I used to work for distributed Pabst and it's very popular with the millennial hipster crowd.

PBR is THE official hipster beer. Kinda weird cause my wife is a hipster and doesn't drink it.. I am not a hipster, but for me, that beer goes down like a fat kid on a seesaw

I'm far from any "hipster" with the gun collection to prove it, and I drink PBR. Years ago it was a working man's beer.

It was good enough for my father 40 years ago. It's good enough for me now.

Hell yeah! I actually brew craft beer at home, and I often get criticised for drinking PBR while brewing.

Sorry dudes, I am blue collar... I could care less if rice and six-row grain are the major ingredients for PBR... The beer is pretty friggin tasty and makes me forget idiots like .....you actually.

In high school we used to buy hamms due to the cheapness and well the cheapness haha pbr isn't bad, I drink it from time to time. When I lived in Fort collins the wife and I toured New Belgium brewery pretty much every week for free flat tires. We knew all the tour guides.

    Utah's DIXIE!

Me too. One hell of a long way out of Montana!:D Actually, wife # 2 was from Big Twig, er Big Timber. Oh yeah, since I live in Utah, guess I'd better clarify something. This was EXwife # 2. One at a time is plenty! Sometimes people think those pligs "have it made." I say horse crap, it's hard enough keeping ONE happy, let alone a half dozen or more!

AMEN speedyk! We have a surprising amount of substance abuse here, and an even more surprising amount of child abuse. And that's without counting in the pligs that see nothing at all wrong with "spiritually marrying" (aka child molesting) 13 year olds.

    Oh yeah it's jus' wonnerful...
You actually CAN get 6% here. But you have to buy it at the state liquor store, AND it is all these weird brands.

I grew up in Colorado back when they had the "3.2% bars," for 18-21 year olds. They seemed to have more drunken brawls out of these "beer halls" than they did the regular bars. I guess lots of that age group haven't consumed enough alcohol to learn how to handle it....

Prices for any type of alcoholic beverage here are totally ridiculous. Lots of folks from here run down to Mesquite, NV to buy their booze. This officially makes them "smugglers." And they do make arrests on it once in a blue moon..

We also see a surprising number of arrests for prostitution here in Dixie. Car load of hookers will be brought up here to work around the university campus.

Welcome to Utah, a very religious state.....

I really get a kick every time I run through Bendover, NV and see all the tour busses running from Utah. Such an oppressed state people are looking for anyway they can to get a break from it. I love Utah like I love California, both are very beautiful states but the laws ruin it.
