I'm making duck as we speak. I bbq just about every evening before work when I'm at the house. I've been buying my meat online these days but not really digging the taste of grass fed beef. I got it cause it's supposed to be healthier but I really have to dress it up with marinades and other stuff to get rid of that gamy taste. I'm hoping I just get used to it.

@roadrunner it's the seasoning I use for the flour, and I oven fry them instead of deep frying, and then I finish them on the grill. Then the hot sauce I have my own recipe.road_runner Thanks this. -
Before transferring out I worked in South Bend, IN and after five years I would have to be certified to run triples. Part of me wants to give it a try. But then I'd much rather give turnpike doubles a shot.

Gave my 2 week notice from UPSF yesterday. It's just not for me. Re-hired on with ABF. 18 miles round trip to work and a more relaxed work place.
