Gotta love those customers that have an adaptive and tactful staff.

Delivered a 1k pallet of random hardware to a place and surely nobody was there but the IT guy. He was more than happy to inspect the freight and even sign for it.

When it came to downloading it, he gave me a brief compromise.

"You can either hop on our forklift and get the freight down... Or you can watch me learn how to use this thing."

Well played Montana Sash and Door... Well played.

Oh what a day. I almost turned down a pickup cause they refused to give me IFTA paperwork. I was pretty adamant about not opening my door until they produced it

They looked at the BoL and said "Long Beach CA is California... Not Canada".

What a day... I need to get some sleep.

Silly dispatcher, 1600# over on the drives won't leave the lot on my truck no matter how many times you say you'll sign off on it. Not my fault the driver that brought it to your terminal for relay to mine didn't bother to scale it.

I'm not going by three weigh stations and hoping they're all closed because my pre-pass isn't working. Too risky, especially when the 3rd just reopened after being torn down and rebuilt. That one is almost always working.

Turns out all the scales were in fact closed. Doesn't matter, I still made the right call. Gotta protect that license.

I’m sure not a word would be said to the other driver either.
