Speaking of which, it sure was nice of a certain linehaul driver to take a #### all over the bathroom floor this morning.

Too bad I’m not in charge. He’d have been told to clean it, on his own time, or consider himself fired.

    I can’t stand a pig.

    road_runner and Mike2633 Thank this.

My Ex-Girl Friend Kathleen was a school teacher and she always talked about how her school administration was the worst at planning things and had no understanding of any kind of logistics. She said it was flat out embarrassing how the administrators planned functions at the school.

It only took 1 hour and 25 minutes yesterday for Amazon to unload 6 skids.. gave me enough time to get up to date with all youtube videos that I didn't watch last week.

Hard day at the salt mine, the route it's self wasn't bad but it was hard day at the salt mine. Schools are coming back on line and the loads are heavy. My middle 3 stops were 677 cases out of 908. Route was only 11 stops, but it was a hard 11 stops for a minute. I'm exhausted right now. My lawn looks like garbage here at my house after I partially ruined it. And now I need a new garage door opener fun in the sun!

One of my fellow P&D drivers at Reddaway did some contract work for our terminal when he wasn't driving.

Him and his wife would mop up everything, take out the trash, and clean the ####ter the best they could .

It was a two hour detail twice a week which paid $150 per week. Nice $600/month padding if you think about it. But there was this one Linedriver out of SLC that refused to poop in the toilet.

Im hitting the easy button Im only (1) man and the garage door opener is a (2) man job. I called a garage door opener company. I’m also going to call the hot water tank company and have them do mine.

It's a backward culture: The only Costco I've been to that could not make pizza. Not just one, they were all wrong in the window. It was like visiting a Costco in a sci-fi movie, Planet of the ...

When I worked projects there, the client did a lot of covering up for incompetence and ignorance, because they needed bodies who could pass the tests and physicals. So those were the elite.

We FINALLY got rid of our SPECIAL Driver.
He who cost us 4200$ in April (when he ran down a weight restricted 6 ton road, at 10K over weight). He skipped one too many picks and or drops. He had one too many hour long lunches, with a "friend". At the local Perkins, where he would park behind the building. So the truck could not be easily seen from the street.
And the last straw was having an unauthorized passenger in the truck. To be clear, we ARE NOT allowed to have ANY passengers, unless they are co workers.

road_runner, MACK E-6, speedyk and 2 others Thank this.
