At my place that would be the two morons that took 13’ straight trucks under a clearly marked 11’6” bridge and still work here.

Well we've got 2 extra city "tractors" this week. We have 5 more, but they are going to Long Island hub. Thank God!!

that trailer only had 25k lbs in it, but boy did it take a while to get up to 65mph on the flat highway road. Can pretty much feel any small bump on the road, absolutely horrible ride. Before leaving the yard I had a full tank and at the end of the day or 250 miles later I had less than a quarter left of fuel. According to the ELD average mpg gauge and the little screen on the dash those things only get 6 mpg.

Fuel efficient!!! company sure knows how to spend money[IMG]

hopefully I don't have to drive this junk ever again

misterG, sdaniel and Mike2633 Thank this.

That’s exactly like my tractor. Small tiny single axle. Small engine. Only difference in between ours and others is for some reason our cabs sit like a foot higher then any other trucks. So it’s a bear climbing in and out of it all the time. Make sense for p&d lol.

You’re right though. You feel every little bump. But man do they back good.

They sent two of those to our yard, and they are definitely NOT suitable for what we do and where we run. And I agree, the ride and comfort are nonexistent.

I drove one of those junkheaps once before I went to the road driver side. What a terrible ride. Bounced the hell out of you on even the smallest of road imperfections (and MA roads are terrible) to the point that your foot couldn't keep a stable spot on the throttle to keep from jerking the truck around. Horrible "investment".

15 year old Volvo will do the same #### thing and can actually pull doubles without a sweat. Those things are a joke.

Hopefully will get some new Volvo and Freightliner trucks. I'm tired of driving Pete and Kenworth.

Better turning radius than a T680, which isn't saying much.

    Mike2633 and Fuelinmyveins Thank this.
