But then it becomes obvious that someone else screwed up and not the driver.

I usually go by bumper to bumper and use the line as a reference to stay parallel.

What gets me is when you are straight and flush, but their ramp won't fold up because the bottom plate piece is now hitting the back of your trailer. So you gotta get back into your cab and move up exactly x amount of inches so the plate can pivot up, but not too far cause you may exceed the reach of the dock plate..

Odd question. The idiot state of SC dropped all of my endorsements when I transferred my CDL. When I worked at Reddaway, they allow new drivers to work there for up to six months but they have to get their hazmat before the time is up.

Are there any other LTL companies that do this? I applied with Holland, they are of course the sister company of Reddaway and I am betting the farm that they will onboard me and give me time to get my endorsement back .

They should. I can ask my brother who’s working there if you’d like.

Hey road_runner my brother said to call recruiting and ask them. He had his endorsements when he got there. He says haz-mat and tankers are what they looking for.

Been a while since I've posted over here. But yea the 12-14hr shifts and 40 miles each way adds up. Luckily I live in no mans land and have a bunk if needed. Oilfield door slammer.
