Quick question. I am gonna do my fingerprints this Friday for my hazmat. My plan is to go back to LTL. I live about 90 minutes from Charleston SC.
Do you guys think it is worth it for me to cough up the extra $60 and get a TWIC? Do LTL carriers even require those for barns near the coast? Is it worth having a TWIC? -
Only a few dollars extra ? If not too much extra get it , having a extra tool in the toolbox can not hurt .

Also, depending on who your barn delivers to, you may have better runs if you have a TWIC and your co workers don’t. IE: delivering to a port, airport etc.Last edited: Apr 17, 2019
