Anyone ever put a satellite radio in their assigned truck or am I crazy? I have XM streaming with my personal car plan. But their streaming app on an iPhone isn’t the greatest. Every time you start the truck you have to go into the app to restart the steam.

FM radio is getting annoying. Way too many commercials and all stations are on commercials at the same time it seems.

Gotta love waking up to a text that says happy Easter all runs are cancelled. 10 mins later oh they changed their mind 3 runs are still going tonight. Since I’m XB I got stuck coming in on a bs run tonight. Hope everyone has a nice Easter weekend

The guy I share a truck with put one in. I prefer audio books, but I listen to it occasionally.

My truck radio has Sirius built into it but I am too cheap to start a subscription. I have a local talk radio station out of Columbia that I listen to. Of course my route takes me two hours out so I stream the AM station over my phone via iHeart Radio and back into the truck speaker system via AUX cable. Joe Rogan podcasts kill a ton of time.

I run T-MOBILE and have unlimited data.

The Shadow and Mike2633 Thank this.

    Had that happen several times.

Dispatch: "come on in, we got a run for you"

    *Ten minutes later*

Dispatch: "disregard the last call, run is canceled"

*Takes off shoes, staggers back to kitchen to unload lunch box*

    *Ring-Ring*

Dispatch: "disregard the disregard, we need you to come in after all. Pack a toothbrush, we are making this a two day layover"

I feel your pain. Happy Easter and safe travels.

I once listened to the World War Z audiobook while doing a nighttime linehaul. What a mistake that was. I was all but freaking out because I was so paranoid of breaking down in the middle of nowhere.
