Recent Grad looking at Roehl Transport

    I literally talked to a buddy that works for schnieder last week. And that is what he told me (but he was also an 88m)

    AH, okay yeah if you were an 88M in the Army, than they count that experience towards your total experience. That part is true though. For any other experience in ANY MOS they don't give you a pay bump.

    If you don't mind me asking, did you start at Rhoel as a new grad (new licensee) or as an experienced driver with a "seasoned" license?

    How much did they start you off at?

    do you know how much they start new driver off at?

    I started at roehl right out of trucking school in the van division. Started at 30cpm. I enjoyed it, it's not a bad company to start with. After 6 months moved to their flatbed division which paid better.

    I always had good home time and made decent money for my 1st trucking job. I'd recommend them to start with, then after a year move to a better paying company if you'd want to
