Oh man I feel bad for you. I highly suggest you do more research. You’re going to need it. Good luck

When you say things like this it’s so dangerous because although it’s true it’s quite misleading and most people are morons especially with their health

I have been in excellent shape my entire adulthood about to reach 50 now. I follow my specialist in my treatment. Not YouTube.

Hey if it worked for you that’s amazing! Blood sugar has a Temporary spike during the very firs part of a fast that’s true but it doesn’t effect insulin much and drops off quite quickly

I have neuropathy (was because I was 485 at one time and had a lot of health issues). I am now 128ish and I was qualified to do school. Got a job lined up. It's not impossible, but you really need to get your health on track before even considering getting into a truck. That's a whole lot of responsibility and you really should make sure you have a good health plan on place that is effective and that will benefit you on the long term. Focus on getting that all done before getting into a truck. Not being mean, just being realistic.

Exactly. When I was.pver.480 pounds, 8 had plantar and was having to get shots. I've since lost the weight (I'm in the 128ish range) but the neuropathy stayed. It's affects just certain areas and the sides.of.my.feet.as.well.as.areas.in.my calves and thighs constantly tingle but it's bearable. I passed my physical with flying colors. I'm also on a controlled med.and i.only.have a 1 year med card. The examiner stated that next year I will most likely get a two year.
