My first 3 years of trucking was nothing but stress.
600 mile trips, lots of heavy freight, long waits at shippers and receivers.
Running pa wv dc jersey etc.
Now most of my time is spent running Texas, New Mexico Arizona, an California.
Had a beautiful 4 am pickup pasedina ca,out to Barstow by 8 am.
Big smile on my face..just a great day.

Will call DH tomorrow, what is the home time like, don't mind 3 weeks out if the pay is worth it.

Home time is what you chose.
Usual 1.5 days off per week.
You can bank your days off.
Bonus pay for 11 and 12 k miles per month.
Mileage bonus for not idling truck.
Safety bonus for not hitting stuff.
I use the adp mobile app to track my mileage, and usually take a few days off at the end of the month ,after I've obtained the bonus.
They want you to make the bonus level, they don't try to cheat you out of it.
My dispatcher has always got me dispatched before the actual cut off point,so I can make the bonus and I make it every month.

That's a Team operation, isn't it ? Don't know if that's what the OP was interested in. And isn't Danny Herman Dry Van, not Reefer ?

    Steel Dragon Thanks this.

I would consider dry van for decent LOH average of 1000 or better.

Holland Enterprises from Fargo, ND. I did a 10 month stint with them, they were a very good company to work for and they have lots of Coast to Coast freight. Average length of haul was right around 1500 miles.

Steel Dragon and Gonzo93 Thank this.

I don't know if it's team; the website didn't have anything on it about teams.

Steel Dragon and MagnumaMoose Thank this.
