If you like the restaurants, you'll love the meat factories where that chicken stops clucking and gets turned into delicious nuggets, fingers, wings, or whatever. That stuff running out my drains is probably not water LOL.

Nevertheless, I don't really think about that when I stop in at Zaxby's, KFC, or the like for the tasty finished product.

 

Maybe you need to check the ones out in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, etc that I did the install/repairs in. Especially replacing that one camera over the counter near the register (90% of the stores I saw had the exact same layout). Perhaps they were older designs or facilities, and I have no clue what the health department rating was, but the bathrooms were disgusting and the amount of built up grease above the drop ceilings was horrible. I've never been in a Waffle House in certain areas. We did surveillance install/repairs and DVR upgrades/repairs for a particular franchisee/district. Still have the site list somewhere around here. True, some do not have drop ceilings, but quite a few still do.
