Rehire for flatbed

I'm thinking of applying at prime again. Left 9/14 for family reasons and might not have a job here at my current employer from a ticket. But I called prime and they said it is ok (self insured?) And I was reefer when I was with prime ( got cdl through them) but would like to try flatbed. What would be startino pay roughly with 2 years exp? Also I live in northern mn above duluth bit the wife and I are thinking of logan,ut area in a year or two. Any freight up here?

 

I can't go to ats since my ticket. I worked for prime and liked it
