Bottled water sits in non-refrigerated warehouses ALL of the time. In fact, isn't a majority of bottled water shipped in nice and hot dry vans? Is it possible OP you were rejected because you cooled the product when it shouldn't have been cooled? Kind of confusing this one is.

lots of character Thanks this. -
Something sounds fishy here. Plus that if you load and paperwork says 33-39 why would u set unit to 39? That's the high end of the spectrum and I know you ran on cycle. If in doubt call CHR and ask them. I would have set on prob 34 knowing the temp would rise a few degrees . Best of luck to you tho.

Coconut water
We're any of you hauling coconut water?
I hauled bottled water in dry wan
But it wasn't coconut water -
We went through this once before. Got a load for a dry van and found out from the agent that it had to be refrigerated half way through the trip, the Bol and shipper never said a word, we did a lot of food shipments for this shipper but through a different agent. Well the load was rejected at the dock, the agent was mad and after going back and forth I called my lawyer ... the lawyer had me send him all the paper work, he said the Bol trumps all of it, if there is nothing on that, we are not responsible. We ended up getting the product off the truck, got compensated for the wasted time by the agent and the consignee used the product, didn't dump it.
