I was barely 6-7 months in when they asked me to be a trainer! I told them no-I needed my space (especially in a Volvo), my sanity and most importantly-my life!!Last edited: Feb 19, 2025

With 6 months experience you would be better off joining a company like Marten which requires 6 months experience. The pay will be about the same as training with Western, yet a lot more enjoyment than living in a truck with a random stranger off the street.

Being a trainer for Swifty would be fun. Or Safety. That would be really fun. They give you an Adidas track suit and some some flip flops. At Prime I don't think you have to have shoes at all.
