Road rage attack leads to tractor trailer flipping over on a New Jersey highway

The video starts as the can is passing him on the right. Planting yourself in the middle lane gets some people upset. With that in mind I wonder if he contributed to the road rage.

 

Didn't @scottied67 try to slow down a semi in California while driving his personal vehicle? I think he made a video of it

 

The original article lost to the internet, that has been brought up and picked over indicated a serious problem with this aggressor. I forget the details. But the minute this aggressor (The bad guy) went ahead and followed this particular prey in the Uber Car and executed a hostile in your face stop.. pretty much set himself to be killed with a absolute and final utter certaintly supported by the law in favor of the defending prey whom he thought he can push around, frighten or somehow think he can dominate with his little pew pew and a smaller mind filled with such darwin rage.

This happened approx 10 PM or so the evening of the August 28th, not much more than say 5 days ago.

If it was me, I would be more than happy to drop him. I would have hit him with the 6 round FBI hammer that is trained to me by a FBI agent during a shooting range class and followed up by three more rounds upwards towards the fatal T formed by his eyebrows and nose for the C5 through C1 spine/base of skull. Cut that with bullets and he is dead before the body slams into the ground.

This should be a shining example to anyone who thinks they are stupid enough to be a road raging aggressor. A lesson in what never to do because they can then be killed for it, supported by the State, Courts, Law and so on against them. They have no chance what sover.

The only tiny chance the aggressor had was wasted frivolously by failing to shoot the moment that gun was on target with that stupid arm sticking way out. When you are a aggressor, filled with rage to that level, so much of the mind, critical thinking and any kind of intelligence is absolutely and totally wasted. Tragic. Even then he will have faced the death penalty asap.

The prey, the driver had everything in his favor. If he was NOT armed, there would have been two deaths by the aggressor shooting.

No, I was driving a car at 65 in California on I-5 northbound near the Sacramento airport and a trucker jumped out to the left lane to pass me. I sped up to almost 80 as he was neck and neck with me before he finally called no joy and backed off. I was trying to get him a speeding ticket since he was on my ##* the whole time before that.

 

Citizens arrest.

Regardless if the trucker was in the wrong or not...why would you put a craptastic plastic vehicle in front of a semi hurling down the road at whatever mph? All your going to do it be a speed bump and a statistic with that kind of thinking. The right move would have been to call the law. Let them deal with it. Now two idiots got tickets an dates in court. I'd like to be in the courtroom if they both have the same date. LOL.

I see big trucks do this a lot in the Hampton/Norfolk/Vabeach/Williamsburg area. I don't go throw my little itty bitty plastic van in front of them to slow them down. I'm not trying to be a statistic or make the news on here. Plus if you do dumb #### like this(Both drivers qualify for the dumb ### of the day award) an the law does end up having to come out, your in trouble as much as the other guy. I prefer not to get tickets an have the law on my side in the event of something like this happening.

That's just me though.

I'm sad it took a ton of posts before someone raised the ELD thing. I know I can always count on @tucker to liven things up like @IluvCATS making some silly yet..still kind of serious thread, or @Dave_in_AZ trying to convert people to corn dogs. Some things in life you can count on.

Far as citizens arrest...might work, but didn't for this kid when trying to call a cop out, cop just ignored him.

Or you could be like this guy...lol...Not that it's right, but c'mon...A lot of us would love to do this to a cop.

The best part is when he goes all cop an acts like one with the whole "License, registration, and insurance".

I gotta admit, the cop handled it well. Dude doing the stop comes off as a dick though. lol.
