I wasn't referring to "legal" gun owners, I was referring to the hoochie mama gangbanger (and not referring to the sexual gangbanger) bustin a cap in his ###. Isn't DC in the top 5 list for gunshot deaths?...surprised her sugar daddy didn't do a drive-by..

 

It's not what the court says, it's what the the jury thinks. You think somehow DC has miraculously found an entirely different culture and/or moral standards? If so, I have some amazing waterfront property in Montana I'd let go for cheap just because I like you.

 

Nobody can deny the defendant a jury trial though. She'll get arraigned because no judge would want to lose their career and once she hits that jury it's back to streets to assault the next sucker foolish enough to reside in such a jungle.

 

Man, you are just not on the same page here. Nobody in their right mind would skip a jury trial of their peers. I'm done with this. Have fun clapping with one hand.

 

The old man was an idiot. They had her on video and her license tag. Let the cops handle it.

 

Actually over 90% of all cases end in a plea bargain because the sentence is lighter.
