I couldn't agree with you more. I'm just really frustrated about this whole situation I'm in. When it comes to not having the loads to keep a truck driver running, I put it this way. I tried to give the so called planners a bone by doing their job and looking on the load boards and find loads going where ever from where ever and ill still sit in the middle of nowhere. Don't let these mega carriers fool you. I've come to learn they will let you sit for a day or two then make 5 dollars and keep you happy. To me 5 dollars and keeping the truck running is a lot better then making a driver mad to the point of wanting to leave a company or even the industry. I'm tossed between of leaving this company for another ######## starter company to staying for another few months hoping I could get into a company with a great lease purchase program. I think owner op is the way to go to succeed in this business and I seen and talked to a lot of success stories. Thanks for the post and good luck with your endeavors.
