I couldn't agree with you more. I'm just really frustrated about this whole situation I'm in. When it comes to not having the loads to keep a truck driver running, I put it this way. I tried to give the so called planners a bone by doing their job and looking on the load boards and find loads going where ever from where ever and ill still sit in the middle of nowhere. Don't let these mega carriers fool you. I've come to learn they will let you sit for a day or two then make 5 dollars and keep you happy. To me 5 dollars and keeping the truck running is a lot better then making a driver mad to the point of wanting to leave a company or even the industry. I'm tossed between of leaving this company for another ######## starter company to staying for another few months hoping I could get into a company with a great lease purchase program. I think owner op is the way to go to succeed in this business and I seen and talked to a lot of success stories. Thanks for the post and good luck with your endeavors. I'll check out the forum you posted next time I'm on here.

Hey, what up trucker. I am new to the trucking industry a retired CAT san technologist. I start with Roehl on Monday August 18th and I have been reading these threads. This has been very helpful and inspirational reading. Class room in the trailer, the different exercises to expect and what to expect to eat. And of course the homework. I'm a lot more relaxed now. I will let you all know what happens. Thanks.

buddy of mine had a major horror story with Roehl, they treat their new people like garbage in orientation.
