I just installed a cabinet style headache rack on my truck. I had to remove the pogo stick as it was in the way as well as the bulkhead where the airlines for the trailer connected to the coiled lines.

I found a good spot underneath for the bulkhead but what are you guys doing for the airlines? I don't really see anywhere to put the pogo stick without interfering with the cabinet doors opening and and if I just have them coming off down low I don't see how they won't rub on the catwalk which I understand the man doesn't like.

Any ideas or pics would be appreciated.

Fasten something at the top and use one of the long springs that are designed for that.

I saw a step where the guy ran the air lines all the way to the back of the frame and then had the airlines connect to the trailer somewhere under the trailer. Would be nice not having them in the way.

I use two of those long springs end to end. Then kook them to the top of the headache rack using the S hook from a bungee cord. You may have to fashion something at the top of your rack to hook to. And yes, I have to take the springs off to open the middle door.

You can get air lines and electrical bundled together in split loom plastic. That way they can run on the deck without getting in trouble with the dot.

Last truck I had closet box on we made a plate to go under the box, between the frame rails of the rack. We put bulkhead fittings with quick couplers and then up top put a long eye bolt (I think it was 6-8") between two of the doors to hang the spring off of. This will keep the air lines from marking up the surface of the doors. On quick couplers so if you're bobtailing you can take them off and toss em in the box. I'd post a pic but all I have is pics of the front of the truck. I hope it makes sense the way I wrote that.

Something like this spring & thumb clip? For the record, I despise coiled plastic, I always liked the rubber hoses.
