    Im in meridian mississippi and I am looking at royal trucking company, swift transportation, roehl, ffe, and prime. I am looking at them because they will help me get my cdl and hire at 21. I was also considering western express but I've heard a few too many stories. What would you guys suggest

    Since you are in Meridian check with the unemployment office, they have a program with MCC where they will pay for you to enroll and complete the program at MCC. I have a few friends who have gone this route.

    Oh ok i didn't realize that. Ill definently talk to them. I was just told being under 22 that I have to have a piece of documentation saying that I am hired after passing

    Roehl is based in Marahfield, WI and the closest terminal to you is Ellenwood, GA (Atlanta). I wouldn't go with them for that reason alone (too far from home).

    I would look at companies that are close to home. What about KLLM? I don't know anything about them, but they're close to you. Check them out.

    I understand, is kllm the same as ffe. I saw the school mentioned on ffe website.

    Does anyone know if roehl will let me keep the truck on hometime instead of leaving it at the Atlanta terminal and then having to drive back to Atlanta to get it
