Haven't seen too many critters, about a dozen Bison, 3 Black Bears, a few porcupine, a black fox and a couple of moose.

Tesaro in Palmer, AK has DEF by the gallon but it is 7.00 each. O'Reillys Auto parts next door has the 21/2 gallon containers of DEF. Hard to find a place to park and sit around Anchorage.

Yep the long days are back. It throws me off when it is bedtime and it looks like it is two o'clock in the afternoon. I am hanging out on the Kenai Peninsula doing my reset and waiting on the fishing boats to come back in with my South bound load.
Doing busy work around truck and trailer and regrooved my spare tires. I am so glad I finished installing the used APU I bought before I left. Not having to idle the truck and being comfortable have made the two day struggle to get the APU installed worthwhile. Leaving windows open is not a good idea since the Mozzies are pretty thick and would suck me dry during a 36hr reset. -
I'm gonna have to find a way to start running up there

My wife was northbound at Sweetwater. Not her first trip into Canada. She was denied entry because of a misdemeanor felony that happen 24 yrs ago ( she bounced her rent check when her paycheck bounced,,,spent the nite in a Fl jail, made restitution and released the next day. They said she could pay a $150 rehabilitation fee to get a permit showing she was rehabbed. She said shove it.....had to wait for 3 days for a re-power unit. Go figure...
