Yes I saw it and it pissed me off every time they do it to me. I've been denied detention pay over their lies. There is a reason those women are behind glass, and I'm sure it has a lot to do with their antics.

Just in case some of the newer drivers here dont know, if you bring an empty trailer to the yard, go to the shop, get a wash ticket. You get a free truck wash for dragging an empty into the wash. Thats my new SOP. (As long as the line is not massive).

It may not be a premium OHHHHH wash but, free is free, yo.

Heh, that happend to me today. They were finishing with a bobtail when I rolled in, and by the time I got the ticket, I was next.

Also, the new truck lot next to the shop only had 3 total trucks.....Giving them out FAAAAST

Ehh Blue Beacon is not that slow, I would say they are slower than Truck Tub, but Truck Tub does a better job.

Say what you will about our wash bay crew, but I personally think they do an awesome job. They scrub everything and clean your engine. If you ask for something special, they'll accommodate. They give each truck the same attention, so yeah, it takes a while.
And if you don't wanna wait in your truck in line, give them the ticket and they'll move the truck for you and wash it

Can't beat it, especially even it's FREE

Do you have to ask for the engine clean? Because last two times (Hell my only two times using the terminal wash) the engine wasent cleaned. And I paid for one of those washes. (Didn't realize I got a free one with my PM, but a windshield replacement didn't qualify me for a freebie)

I do voice my appreciation to them though, and they did get the road gator streak off my fairings and bambi basher.

I'm not saying they don't do a good job. Last time I got my truck washed there, it was taking an hour and half per truck. God forbid you had a trailer also for washing and washout because it then a two hour job. I did voice my displeasure about such an extreme wait, so, maybe it has gotten better, I don't know as I haven't gotten a truck wash there at the yard in a long time.

No. They pop the hood and spray it down, apply degreaser if needed.
