Oh so should of also asked first if you have taken that stupid comfort monitor setting off? Seen a few of those. Huge difference.

I think its the low heat thing. Even off and running heat only, I'm still only mustering about 75 degrees at the vent.

Yeah, comfort monitor is off. I'm referencing the thermal fuse you mentioned.

Well you should still be at least seeing 110degeees rough estimate from the floor vent. Other than me getting under the bunk and opening up the evaporator box I can't give you a certain diagnoses. But I will say comfort monitor gives you more issues than using it.

110 at LOW heat? Hell I'd kill for that...

Yeah the evaporator box already has had issues on the AC side. Compressor shorted when the wires rubbed through. Got that fixed over the summer in Pottsville. I should have expected Heat issues as well. Heh...

Not saying that's not what happened, but to be honest with you I highly doubt that was the issue. Wires to the compressor don't really move. They're already pre installed. Wiring added later could of possibly (HIGHLY doubt) gotten tangled up and when they moved the compressor wires moved, but more than the compressor would of been issue. Like I said. I hate seeing drivers get burned for issues that don't even get fixed. Mind telling me if you've been in to Jct any these last few months and who worked any issues? Maybe a truck number if you don't mind? Jog my memory if I had worked your Apu.

Nah JCT never worked on it for that problem. The only thing JCT worked on was replacing the radiator when it sprung a hell of a leak. I took it to WB in Pottsville. They showed me the failure. Wires did rub through on the top of the compressor and arced. I saw the wires were burned through under the compressor cap. Replaced the whole board under warranty instead of just running new wires, made sure they were protected, and haven't had any AC issues since. Also they had to re-tighten all AC connectors as they could be removed by hand no tools, recharged the system and replaced the filter.

The WB in Pottsville seems to really care about fixing the problems completely, not just band-aiding them.

    CannonballAA and WheresWaldo Thank this.
